Terms & Conditions

Signing a contract for a fixed period does make you liable for the entire period. Please ensure you follow all of the guidelines for safety and comfort as displayed throughout the wellness areas. Cancellation for classes and spa treatments requires 24 hrs notice to avoid charges. The Linen Rooms is operated by Merchants Manor. The treatments and therapies offered are provided by some of the best therapists in the country. Merchants Manor acts only as an agent for the booking of treatments and therapies at the  Linen Rooms. Individual treatments and therapies are provided by the approved third party therapists and consultants, not Merchants Manor. *Off peak is 09.00 – 17.00. A child is between the ages of 0-12. The gym and pool is only open to over 18’s unless accommpanied by an adult. Children swim times are 3-5 daily.  Use of the Gym Includes 12m Heated Swimming Pool. Fitness suite, Sauna, Jet spa and steam room. Open 6am - 10pm daily. Please see full terms and conditions for more details.
