The Look Food Festival 2015

This fabulous food and drink festival is held over the weekend of the 28th and 29th of June in Looe, Cornwall.

This fabulous food and drink festival is held over the weekend of the 28th and 29th of June in Looe, Cornwall. There is plenty of parking and entry is free, so if you are a Foodie this is a festival you do not want to miss. 

Looe is a popular town with welcoming locals, situated on the coast of South coast of England in Cornwall. It boasts beautiful beaches and has numerous and varied eating establishments. The town is famous for its old and historic fishing industry, with local fishing business selling quality produce in the Looe Fish Market, and to far-flung destinations across the world. 

Over the last 2 years the Looe Food Festival has become an integral part of community life. The festival, a fully self-financed food event has become one of the most popular events in Cornwall. The festival takes place on the banks of the East and West Looe rivers in a giant pavilion. Foodies, along with locals and tourists visit the festival to sample local foods, wine and learn from top local chefs.

One of the more popular attractions during the show is the chef demos. These are forty-minute cookery demonstrations. This year’s chef demonstrations are as follows:
