Spiced Clementine Glaze
What you’ll need
10 Clementine’s, juiced & zested
1 Slice Ginger
1 Cinnamon stick
1.Bring to boil
2. Reduce heat
3. Simmer gently until thickened, bubbles become larger and more stable when it is ready
4. Allow to cool slightly and strain
